Treat yourself to a brush massage 2 - 3 times a week for lasting beautiful results - preferably in the morning before showering. A maximum of 4 minutes is enough to start the day fit and happy.
Which brush?
For a pleasant massage experience, choose a soft brush to begin with. Plastic bristles are not suitable as they could damage the skin. Particularly sensitive skin will enjoy being pampered with a massage glove.
How it works:
1) Always start the massage on the outside of the right foot.
2) Move the brush with light, circular movements up the outside 3) of the leg and then down the inside.
4) Then massage the front of the leg over the back of the foot
5) towards the middle of the body and down the back to the heel.
6) Now brush the left leg using the same method
