1.1 For deliveries within Germany, Austria and other countries of the EU, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product presentation in the offer of the respective payment provider:

2. delivery

2.1 The standard delivery time for immediately available products is 1-3 business days from receipt of order (foreign countries differ, see table below and payments with Google Pay). All products that you order in the GINZAI online store are shipped quickly and reliably directly to your home with our service provider DHL (Germany, abroad may vary). If your order falls on a Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday, the delivery time starts from the next working day.

 

In the table below you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time indicated for each item.

The shipping costs depend on the quantity of the ordered goods and the destination country. If additional customs duties and fees are incurred for deliveries (especially to foreign countries such as Austria, Italy, France, etc. or non-EU countries such as Switzerland), these must also be borne by you. Many countries do not charge import duties on private shipments below a certain value of goods. However, additional fees or charges may apply once your order arrives in your destination country. Furthermore, it may be possible that you have to pick up your goods at the customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot give you any information about shipping costs and fees in your desired destination country. We therefore recommend that you inform yourself about local regulations before placing your order. Please note that any customs duties, fees or charges levied by the customs office or the goods to be collected there are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. shipping cost

3.1 All orders within Germany we charge a flat rate per order 4.95 EUR shipping costs. From a gross order value of 35.00 EUR we ship free of charge.

3.2 For shipping to Austria, Italy, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Spain and Czech Republic we charge a flat rate per order 9.95 EUR shipping costs. From a gross order value of 99.00 EUR we ship free of charge.

3.3 For shipping to Switzerland, we charge a flat rate per order of 15.00 EUR shipping costs. From a gross order value of 200.00 EUR we ship free of shipping costs. Alternatively, we offer you the following shipping option to SWITZERLAND under 3.4. via the shipping service provider "MeinEinkauf.ch". You can read everything else in detail under the following point 3.4.

For our Swiss customers: Via MeinEinkauf.ch you can store in our store easily, at low shipping costs and especially WITHOUT customs duties.

To do this, proceed as follows:

Simply register at www.meineinkauf.ch. Here you will receive a personal [email protected] Email address.

With the personal [email protected] Email address you can now create a customer account in our online store.

Place your order in our store specifying your personal [email protected] Email address.

You pay your ordered goods directly in our store. With your goods you will then receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch.
