How can I place an order?

1. fill the shopping cart with products: By clicking the "ADD TO BASKET" button, you select the products you want to order. You can always update your selection in the "SHOPPING CART" by changing the quantity, adding or reducing products. Don't forget to update your shopping cart before continuing your order process.

2. checkout - enter the address and payment process: By clicking the "TO CHECKOUT" button, you will be taken to the CHECKOUT page where you can place your binding order. If you have a customer account, you can log in with your e-mail address and password. Otherwise, you can register as a new customer by clicking on the appropriate box at the bottom of the page, or place your order without creating a customer account. We do not share your information with third parties outside of our company, except when necessary to process your order, for example, to ship your order. Your billing details are also used as shipping details by default. If you want your order to be shipped to a different address, select the "Ship to - Change" input field and enter the different shipping address here. Then select your preferred payment method.

3. confirm your order: Are all your entries correct, and have you read the cancellation policy - and the AGB (general terms and conditions) - If you have read and accepted the terms and conditions, you can complete your order. Then click on the button "BUY" to send your binding order. Thank you for your order!

How can I redeem a discount code or gift card?

You can redeem the discount code or gift card by clicking on "Shopping cart" and then on "checkout". Here you will see the products you want to buy. In the desktop version on your home screen, you will see a "Gift Card or Discount Code" field in the right side panel where you can enter your discount code or gift card code. In the mobile version on your tablet or smartphone you have to click on "View order summary" after "TO CHECKOUT" then you will see below your products the field "Gift card or discount code" in which you can enter your discount code or gift card code. Then click "Apply" and the total of your shopping cart will update automatically. It is not possible to combine multiple coupon codes. After clicking the "Buy Now" button on the checkout page, a discount code cannot be changed, updated or added.

What is the delivery time after my order?

We always deliver the ordered products as soon as possible. All products offered here are in stock in Germany. You will receive your order in Germany usually within 24-48 hours (if the order is received on a business day and is not immediately followed by a weekend or one or more holidays). Orders to Austria and Switzerland usually take 2 to 5 business days. 

However, delays on the part of DHL can unfortunately never be completely ruled out. The order can be tracked at any time via the DHL tracking.

Which parcel service will be used to deliver my order?

We deliver in Germany with the premium shipping partner DHL (abroad may vary). Your order will be shipped CO² neutral. DHL delivers your order to the delivery address you specify. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt, your package will be stored in a post office near you for 7 working days. DHL also offers you the possibility to have your order delivered to a Packstation. You can now choose from over 1,000 DHL Packstations in Germany. After registering once, you can pick up your order at the selected Packstation around the clock using your PIN or customer card.

How can I see where my package is?

Normally, after your package has been handed over to DHL, you will automatically receive an email from us with the shipment/tracking number of your package. With this tracking number you can track your order online at any time and find out about the current status of your order. If you do not receive this email, you can always ask our customer service for your tracking number or the status of your order by providing the reference number. My order is already some time ago but I have not received any delivery yet, How do I proceed now in this unusual case?

Please check via the shipment/tracking link whether the package has been deposited with a neighbor or at a post office. If this is not the case and the shipping status has not changed for 14 days, please contact us by phone or email. We will then immediately initiate a follow-up request to find out the whereabouts of your order. Please note that we will not be able to send replacements or issue refunds until we have received final clarification.

What are the shipping costs for my order in Germany?

The shipping costs per order in Germany are a flat rate of € 4.95. This ensures not only a safe, environmentally friendly and professional packaging directly from our logistics center but also a CO² neutral clean traceable shipping with very fast shipping speed. From a gross order value of 35 € the shipping costs in Germany are waived and shipping is free of charge.

Is it possible to ship abroad?

We also ship our products to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, France, Poland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden, Czech Republic and Switzerland. For shipping to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, France, Poland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, Sweden and Czech Republic we charge a flat rate per order 9,95 € shipping costs. From a gross order value of 99,00 € we ship free of charge. For shipping to Switzerland we charge a flat rate of 15,00 € per order. From a gross order value of 200,00 € we ship free of charge. Alternatively there is the possibility for our Swiss customers to order via an account at "MeinEinkauf.ch". This way you can easily shop in our store at the same low shipping costs as in Germany. You pay your ordered goods directly in our store. With your order you will receive a separate invoice for the service fee from MeinEinkauf.ch. You can find more information here.

Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. We deliver already with an order of one product.
