Applications
How to use this product correctly
- The insole should always be inserted into the shoe with the leather side (top) facing up.
- The 8 massage nubs can be individually activated or deactivated on the underside, or the tab can be completely removed by pulling it out.
- Any number of nubs (1 to 8) can be activated or deactivated by moving the movable tab on the underside of the insole. In addition, it is possible to remove the tabs completely or to replace them with other tabs.
- Everyone should get used to the insole slowly to get the best stimulation result for them, for example, start with 5-10 minutes daily and slowly increase according to individual need.
- Any wearing of the insole is individually dependent on the user. The user should pay attention to any pain sensitivities of individual foot reflexology points and, if necessary, deactivate the relevant massage nap(s) or remove the respective tab completely.
- Permanent/whole-day use of the activated insole is not recommended to avoid excessive stimulation and over-irritation of the sole of the foot.
- The insole should not be inserted into tight or too small shoes.
- The insole should not be combined with other insoles or worn together.
- Every foot is different, every sole of the foot has a different sensation. Therefore, each user can find the best setting for himself and apply it individually by trying it out step by step.
- Keep the insoles away from small children.
- For insoles with high quality leather - like SHUKANG - there are special leather care products. Water should not be used to clean these insoles. The insoles are not washable.
